Some additional information:
- Our Center Locker luggage storage facility is located at 8 Rue de la Grenouillère – 68000 COLMAR
- Our Center Locker luggage storage facility is open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- You can choose a storage period for your luggage ranging from a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 5 hours. For longer periods, please select a daily rate.
- Our key boxes can be stored for 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, or 1 year.
- Select multiple lockers from your online account for all your luggage.
- If you're running late, you have a6-minute grace periodto pick up your belongings at no extra charge.
- For each additional hour, the standard hourly rate applies
- You can renew or extend your reservation forup to 5 days. This means you can extend your reservation without notifying us in person (up to 5 days).
- You have unlimited access to your locker for the entire duration of your reservation
- Your reservation can only be changed if the locker size turns out to be too small once you arrive. If this is the case, you can contact our customer service team and request the change directly via the chat feature on the web app. Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance.
- Each luggage locker is insured for up to €500
- The premises are under video surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, monitored by a remote surveillance control center.
